Harvested on September 26, 2025, and whole-cluster pressed and fermented in barrels with occasional lees stirring. The wine was aged in approximately 15% new French oak.

This rare Swiss mountain varietal is farmed by the team at Alder Springs Vineyard, who have been progressively transitioning toward Korean natural farming practices. A newly introduced terracing system on Cahto Terrace contributed to exceptionally healthy fruit this vintage.Grown at elevations of 1,700–2,700 feet and just 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean, this high-altitude Swiss variety thrives in Alder Springs' dramatic mountain terrain.
