2025 Alder Springs Vineyard Petite Arvine: Our highly anticipated release of a rare Swiss white variety, grown in the hills of Mendocino. Bright, refreshing, and delicately textured, it brings something unexpected to the holiday table. Serve as a welcome pour or alongside oysters, shrimp, and seafood appetizers.
2024 Linda Vista Vineyard Chardonnay: Barrel-aged for 11 months with a gentle touch of new French oak, this Chardonnay balances a rounded texture with refreshing acidity. A versatile companion for roast chicken, creamy mushroom dishes, and buttery holiday sides.
2025 Beni Chōji Red Blend: An approachable, food-friendly red made for gathering and sharing. Its easygoing character makes it a lovely bottle to open with charcuterie, roasted vegetables, or a casual spread of holiday appetizers.
2025 Alder Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir: An elegant, restrained Pinot Noir from a high-elevation Mendocino vineyard. Partial whole-cluster fermentation and a measured touch of French oak add complexity while keeping the wine graceful and food-friendly. Pour with turkey, savory stuffing, mushrooms, and roasted salmon.
2023 Castanon Vineyard Zinfandel: A lighter, playful expression of Zinfandel that is especially enjoyable served lightly chilled. An inviting choice for glazed ham, roast pork, and the next day’s turkey sandwiches. A little unexpected, and easy to bring back to the table.
2024 Stone Barn Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon: At just 12.5% alcohol, this Cabernet offers a restrained, dinner-friendly expression of the variety. It brings presence to the table while leaving room for the food to shine. Enjoy with prime rib, braised beef, hearty winter dishes, or aged cheeses.
