The 3rd vintage of  Linda Vista Chardonnay farmed by Steve Matthiasson shines even more in 2020!  These organically farmed Chardonnay grapes were picked in the early morning of August 27th and pressed in whole clusters. It was fermented with native yeast and aged in French/Hungarian barrels for 10 months on the lees. During fermentation and aging, It was showing its great potential with the burst of passion fruits and grapefruits characters!
 
The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered, on July 7th.
